Spectrum Students, Caregivers, and Extended Community,
As we welcome February in this new year, we’re thrilled to share that we are preparing to reopen our clinic for in-person individual sessions at the end of this month! To continue to prioritize the safety of our team, students, and community, our clinic reopening for in-person individual sessions at the end of February will include the same level of safety policies and procedures that many of you initially became familiar with in September 2020. Our virtual sessions remain ongoing, so students currently enrolled in individual virtual sessions are welcome to continue in that format!
Please Note: All virtual group classes will remain virtual through the remainder of the semester. In-person openings are exclusive to individual sessions at this time.
Next Steps for In-Person Sessions
As we look ahead to adding in-person individual sessions back to our creative arts offerings starting the week of February 22, here are some details for students interested in exploring in-person individual sessions with us:
Spectrum team members will be reaching out to individual students over the coming weeks to assess interest in remaining virtual or exploring in-person individual sessions with us.
Students who were in-person with us in September 2020: Your provider will review our policies, procedures, and pricing with you, and work with you to confirm an in-person session time.
New to exploring in-person with us? Your provider will schedule a time to meet with you by phone to review our updated safety policies, procedures, and pricing, and determine any next steps with you. After that meeting, our office manager will send along updated paperwork to be completed. Once that paperwork is submitted, your provider will work with you to schedule your sessions.
Any individual students interested in in-person sessions will be scheduled for in-person sessions as soon as required paperwork is submitted. Due to safety protocols related to space usage, appointments will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spectrum Closed for February Break (Feb 15-19)
As a reminder, Spectrum is closed for its annual February Break from February 15 through February 19. All sessions and classes will resume as-scheduled the week of February 22.
Please note: Any students interested in shifting their current virtual sessions to in-person will work directly with their Spectrum instructor in the coming weeks to complete any necessary paperwork and scheduling prior to returning to in-person. Individual in-person sessions can begin as early as February 22, 2021.
