Dear Spectrum Community,

Yesterday afternoon, Governor Cuomo announced that specific areas in Monroe county would be shifting to orange status. Spectrum Creative Arts falls within one of the orange areas. In order to comply with these updated safety measures, we will be moving to fully remote services effective Monday, November 30th. Services scheduled for today (Tuesday) will continue as planned.

Per Governor Cuomo’s guidelines, in-person services will be suspended as long as Spectrum remains in the orange zone. Should our area move back to a yellow zone, in-person services may safely resume.

While not unexpected, we understand that this is a disappointing update for those of you who have been attending in-person services with us. Over the past three months, we have been so pleased with how committed our students and families have been in following our safety guidelines. We are so grateful for how hard everyone in our community has worked to help keep Spectrum safe.

Please know that this is a rapidly evolving situation. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes in status that may impact your sessions with us. Your provider will be reaching out to discuss best options for transitioning to virtual services.

We hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving! Until we are able to see you again in-person, we look forward to continuing our work together from a distance.

All the best,

The Spectrum Team
