Dear Spectrum Students and Families,
This past week, Governor Cuomo made the announcement that state-wide covid-restrictions would be lifted in many settings with the exception of the CDC mask mandate for unvaccinated individuals. Following this announcement, we have made the following updates to our safety guidelines.
Masking for Students, Instructors, and Therapists
All vaccinated individuals may use their own discretion in deciding whether or not to wear a mask when onsite. Should you prefer that your service provider wear a mask during your designated session, you may absolutely request that they do so. Unvaccinated individuals must still remain masked at all times while onsite.
Temperature Checks and Arrival Questions
Effective immediately, we will be discontinuing temperature checks and arrival questions for anyone entering the space. We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Upon arrival, students may enter the space and meet their instructor inside if they so choose.
Lobby Reopening
Starting the week of June 28th, we will be reopening our waiting room for students and families. Please note that while we are happy to have students wait in our lobby for transportation, we cannot guarantee direct monitoring by our front office staff.
