Introducing Virtual Services!
Our team at Spectrum Creative Arts puts the health and safety of our students at our highest priority. In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and recommendations for increased social distance, our team at Spectrum has been exploring a variety of options to ensure that our students and families can still have access to their regular creative arts programming. Luckily, we live in an era where current technology gives us some great options for staying connected, even when at a distance!
With virtual sessions, students and Spectrum team members would meet together through online video-conferencing via the platform of their choice. (We recommend Zoom, but there are lots of great options out there). In these sessions, the provider would modify many of the same experiences they might do in-person to best fit this new format.
How to get started
For current Spectrum students
Your assigned provider will be reaching out to you directly by the end of this week to walk you through all of the necessary steps to get virtual sessions up and running. Since this is a brand new service we are offering, we will need to gather some information from you to get started. Your teacher will either collect this over the phone, or send you a direct link to fill out online.
For new students
We’re excited to welcome brand new students to this virtual delivery model! If you are a new student interested in getting set up for virtual music, art, dance, or theatre sessions for either the duration of our closure or beyond, we’d love to explore this option with you!
To get started, simply fill out the “New Student Interest Form” by clicking on the button below. Once you submit that form, a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours to talk through next steps.
