Collaboration with Flower City Yoga

Spectrum Creative Arts and Flower City Yoga have teamed up to provide this series of mindfulness and movement videos to further your practice of self-care. In these videos, you’ll see guided practices led by Nora Doebrich, MPS, RYT.

Nora is the owner of and a yoga instructor at Flower City Yoga, a Mindful Based Stress Reduction Practitioner, a personal trainer, and an art therapist at Spectrum Creative Arts. Nora began teaching yoga in 2009 and completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 through YogaFit. 

In addition to the exercises Nora leads in these videos, she specializes in prenatal yoga, prenatal couple’s yoga, Baby and Me classes, and supporting women who have experienced the loss of a child through miscarriage, stillborn, or in infancy, as well as birth trauma. 

Application

In these videos, Nora guides you through gentle stretches with movement, exercises for feeling grounded, and three-part breathing practices. These activities can be utilized whenever it feels best for you. Whether that’s during moments of overwhelming feelings or you have found a few minutes for calm and quiet, you can utilize Nora’s instruction to further your self-care practice by bringing your awareness back to your body.
